BASKETBALL GROUP TRAINING

Our trainers take athletes from establishing a sound fundamental base of ball-handling, passing, shooting, and teamwork, to more advanced combination moves and team breakdown concepts. Our trainers have experience training and coaching youth through collegiate-level athletes and know how to build your athlete from the ground up!

Single Session: $20
10 Pack of Sessions: $180​​
(WI Blaze athletes can use the free sessions included in their memberships for these trainings)

No training January 31st

  • Level 1 : 9am-10am

  • Level 2: 10am-11am

  • Level 3: 11am-12pm

Weekly Skills (Saturdays):

Week 1: 1st step in becoming a 3 level scorer/ Finishing at the rim

Week 2: 3 level scoring - Mid range king

Week 3: 3 level scoring- Shoot beyond the arc

Week 4: Conditioning is fun

Week 5: Handles on a string

Week 6: Rebounding on both ends

Week 7: On ball defense

Week 8: Off ball defense
